2025/2026 Transfer Duty Brackets
- R0 – R1,100,000: No transfer duty
- R1,100,001 – R1,512,000: 3% of value above R1,100,000
- R1,512,001 – R2,117,000: R12,300 + 6% above R1,512,000
- R2,117,001 – R2,722,000: R48,600 + 8% above R2,117,000
- R2,722,001 – R12,100,000: R97,000 + 11% above R2,722,000
- Above R12,100,000: R1,057,800 + 13% above R12,100,000
